This hotel was excellent - from the spacious rooms with wonderful mountain views, to the great balcony where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff were pleasant and attentive, and the basic amenities provided, such as slippers and a bathrobe for the spa, added a nice touch. The location was brilliant, just a two-minute walk to the chairlift and close to restaurants and bars. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, from fresh bread and eggs to fruits and cereals.
The only minor downside was the noisy air exchange system in the bathroom, which proved to be a bit inconvenient.

The spa was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the ski lift and restaurants/bars. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was too soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the jacuzzi had too much chlorine, which irritated my eyes and made it unbearable to stay in for long.

The rooms were spacious and modern, just what we were looking for during our city break. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and all the key attractions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
Our stay was ruined by the constant noise from the street outside. We were unable to sleep properly due to the loud traffic and people shouting late at night.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff, especially Raquel, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. She allowed us to use the hotel kitchen for breakfast, opened the spa for us before regular hours, and even granted us a late check, out. Her kindness and customer, oriented approach made us feel truly valued. the spa was a highlight, providing much, needed relaxation after a day of snowboarding. The location was also excellent, just a short walk to the lift and nearby restaurants and bars. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.
